Why Peer Groups?
“The right peer group can be the difference between incremental growth and exponential growth” (Michael Loban, CMO of InfoTrust)
If you want to grow your business, being a part of a peer group can help.
If you want to learn best practices for your industry, being part of a peer group can help.
If you want to interact with others who understand your role, being part of a peer group can help
If you’re looking for a place to be challenged and encouraged, being part of a peer group can help.
If you want to learn from others and share your knowledge, being part of a peer group can help.
A peer group is a powerful force for improvement, change and success. Peer groups provide a forum for feedback, help with decision-marking and handling challenges, tactical support and accountability. We have seen the value and power of peer groups over and over again. If you’re not in a peer group and would like to join, please contact us.
Groups can be formed based on the role of the participants, the type of work they do, the focus of the company they represent, or any other common thread. For example, Owners, Vice Presidents, Account Managers, Salespeople, Operations Managers, Snow Only Operations, Design/Build Only Operations, etc.
